Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using KoreaClass (the “App”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. KoreaClass is operated by CET (Thailand) Company Limited (registration 0105560145831, Bangkok, Thailand) — referred to below as “KoreaClass”, “we”, or “us”. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The service

KoreaClass is an AI-powered English-language learning app. You can practice via guided lessons, AI roleplay scenarios, and pronunciation feedback. Some features are free and some require a subscription or credit purchase as described in the App and on koreaclass.app.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to use KoreaClass. Users under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s consent.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the cycle ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID’s subscription settings (App Store → your account → Subscriptions). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.

Credit bundles are consumable and non-refundable once redeemed. Refunds for any purchase are subject to Apple App Store’s refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App to generate or share unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit (involving minors), or harassing content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our prompts, voice models, or AI training data
  • Use the App to spam, mine cryptocurrency, train competing models, or harm other users
  • Share or resell your account credentials, subscription, or credits

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. AI-generated content

KoreaClass uses large language models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) and text-to-speech (ElevenLabs) to generate conversation, feedback, and audio. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate. You should verify important information independently. We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual property

The App, our brand, lesson content, AI prompts, and scenarios are owned by CET (Thailand) Company Limited or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use them only within the App. Your own learning data (conversations, recordings) belongs to you.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or any specific learning outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or 1,000 Thai Baht, whichever is higher. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue features at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You can terminate your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete account in the App or by messaging @koreaclass_support_bot on Telegram.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, unless a different forum is required by applicable law.
